We are using our virtual reality headset in class and my students are loving every second of it. First and fourth grade have been the first to use it with the remaining grades coming soon. We've been using it to study geometric 3D shapes and optical illusions, and we're discovering different ways we can use virtual reality to increase our learning. My students have already said they can't wait to use it again. Some of the comments they've made already include, "I can see cubes, spheres, and rectangular prisms flying around me.", "Wow! It's like I'm floating in space.", "It's like I'm inside Minecraft!" Virtual reality has definitely taken our lesson engagement to a whole new level and we already have plans to incorporate it more into future lessons.
